1. Do I have to pay for consultation?

You have three options depending on the urgency of your “Ask A Coach” question.
- Free service: you will get your response within 1 week,
- $4.95 expedite service: you will get your response within 48 hours,
- $9.95 expedite service: you will get your response within 24
hours.
iLifeCoach will send your “Ask A Coach” question to a coach that meets your needs based on your profile and your question.
After a coach answers your question, you may engage directly in a coaching relationship with
your coach. He or she will have their own fees for providing ongoing consultation. |

2. How soon will I get my answer?

| We will do our best to find an appropriate coach
that can answer your “Ask A Coach” question in short order.
It typically takes us a week to find the right coach however you can expedite
this process. Please see "Ask a Coach" FAQ 1
above. |

3. Will my question always be answered?
|
| No. In some cases, we may be unable to find a
coach that matches your profile and is available to answer your "Ask A
Coach" question within our guaranteed date. In that case, you will
be given the choice to either extend the amount of time to find a
coach for you or cancel your question. If you chose to cancel and
paid an expedite service fee, you will receive a refund. |

4. Who will answer my questions?
|
| Your "Ask A Coach" question will be answered by
up to three coaches from our iLifeCoach Network. The iLifeCoach Network of coaches is made up of coaches from all over the world that
are certified by the International Coaches Federation and comply with iLifeCoach quality requirements. We review
the profile of every coach that applies to our network to ensure that the quality of our coaches is of the highest standard.

5. Can I ask a question directly to a
Premium Coach?

| Yes, Premium Coaches advertise their services on our site by posting quality content via their blogs.
There, you will learn about their perspectives, insights and coaching
styles. You may also "Ask A Coach" question directly to them and
subscribe to their blogs.

6. What is the difference between public and private questions?
|
Public questions are posted on our web site so that you receive the most visibility to your question. However, your personal profile will be private. Coaches from our iLifeCoach Network will be able request your contact information so that they may contact you directly.
A private question is sent directly to coaches that match your profile. It is not posted on our website.

7. How will I receive answers to my questions?
|
| Your "Ask A Coach" question will be answered by either
email or phone. You chose this when completing your "Coaching
Profile" when asking a question. A coach answering your question will most likely contact you right after you receive an answer. You will
also see your coach's contact information so that you may contact them directly. |

8. How many questions can I submit to “Ask A Coach"?
|
| To ensure integrity of our system, the maximum number of questions members can ask in a month is 5. |
