Dr. Junling Hu, Founder and CTO
Junling has researched and developed self-help computer solutions over the past 10 years. Prior to founding iLifeCoach, Junling was an assistant professor of Computer Information Systems at the University of Rochester. As a faculty member at the University of Rochester, Junling led her team in the study multi-agent interaction and its implication for user-computer interface. Her research focused on designing intelligent agents capable of working on behalf of users, particularly in online environment.

Junling has personally participated in life coaching and career coaching programs, which give her first-hand knowledge of this field. Her passion is to bring interactive technology to provide self-help solution to people on the Internet, so that people have access to help and guidance all the time and from any place in the world.

Junling received National Science Foundation Career Award, a prestigious award for researchers in science. She was also a recipient of Sloan Fellowship for distinguished women in engineering. Junling served in the program committee of international conference in Autonomous Agents and Multi-agent Systems, and was a reviewer for Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research, Journal of Machine Learning Research, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics. Junling holds a Ph.D. in computer science from University of Michigan and M.S. in economics from Florida State University .
  
Daniel Wang, VP Engineering
Daniel has 14 years of industry experience on large-scale computer systems. Daniel was the head of Software Development for Audit Integrity, which provides accounting fraud detection software to SEC, FASB, and other top accounting firms.

Dan was the CTO and VP of Software Development for XDrive Technologies (acquired by AOL) where he managed the Xdrive core file storage product used by over 10 million consumers. Prior to that, Dan was the Director of Software Development and Architect of nCommand, Inc, and Senior Software Engineer for Computer Associates and Walt Disney Corporation Online.
